March 1, 2014 - Snow storm and tall granite monoliths added to the dramatic sunset. Photographers left thinking that the sun had set. But the suspense was alive ! After about half an hour, I witnessed nature's magical laser show, the best light show in Yosemite for sure.
I used 3-stop neutral graduated density filter to reduced highlights in the sky and on the towers. I further improved the shadows in Lightroom, added some vibrance to the image but no local corrections for reds.
